Coleman® Camping Trailer Giveaway Official Rules

1.    NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE.

2.    Giveaway begins July 15, 2009 and ends May 1, 2010. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. E.T., on May 1, 2010. Entries become the property of FTCA, Inc., 258 Beacon Street, PO Box 111, Somerset, PA 15501-0111 ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged or returned.

3.    Eligibility. Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of FTCA, Inc., Wisconsin Pharmacal and The Coleman Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, the immediate families and/or household members of each. This Giveaway is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

4.    How to Enter. Visit www.ColemanTrailers.com/win and follow the instructions to complete the registration.

5.    Prize Drawing. Random Drawing to win The Prize (defined below) will be held by June 1, 2010. Limit one entry per person / email address. No group entries.  

6.    Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an Evolution Series Camping Trailer. Approximate Retail Value: $8,000.00.

The Prize is non-transferable and it cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured Prize become unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees, licenses, and registrations and federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.

7.    Official Rules. By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules ("Official Rules"). All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants waive all rights and remedies at law or in equity of any claim they may have relating to this Giveaway.
 

8.    Reservation of Rights; Disclaimer. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer system, or technical malfunction of any telephone lines, computer on-line systems, software, hardware, servers, access providers, computer equipment, program malfunctions or other errors, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, that are human or technical in nature, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Giveaway and randomly award The Prize from among all eligible entries prior to action taken by Sponsor should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the security, administration or proper play of the game. Should this Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at www.ColemanTrailers.com. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such devices will cause disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" person in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the "Eligibility" section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

9.    Notification. A Random Drawing will be conducted under Sponsor's supervision, whose decision will be final in all matters relating to this Giveaway. The Winner will be notified by email and mail. If The Prize notification mail or letter is returned as undeliverable or if the Winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period, The Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. Except where prohibited, potential Winner must execute and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity in order to claim his/her prize. The Winner will receive his/her prize 8-10 weeks after Winner verification.

This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. All participants in the Promotion expressly consent, and submit themselves, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania, and it is stipulated that venue shall be in Somerset County for the adjudication or disposition of any claim, action, or dispute arising out of this agreement.

10.    Odds of winning The Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

11.    Winner List. For the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed stamped legal size envelope by July 1, 2011 to: Coleman® Camping Trailer Giveaway, P.O. Box 111, Somerset, Pa 15501-0111. FTCA assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail.

12.    Privacy. By entering and providing the required entry information, you acknowledge that Sponsor may also send you information, samples or special offers it thinks may be of interest to you offered by Sponsor. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not enter this promotion.
